Trans Lifeline: A confidential 24/7 peer support phone service run by trans people for trans and questioning people. Call if you need someone trans to talk to, even if you’re not in crisis or if you’re not sure you’re trans. 1-877-565-8860

Trever Project: For LGBTQ+ young people. Free, 24/7 crisis support for folks struggling with issues such as coming out, LGBTQ+ identity, depression, and suicide.

Parental Stress Line: Parents and caregivers who are experiencing any kinds of problems related to their children can call the Parental Stress Line for support. The Parental Stress Line is staffed by volunteer counselors who are sympathetic and nonjudgmental. The hotline is available 24/7: 1-800-632-8188
